What a lovely Father’s Day on Sunday! Spring had certainly sprung.
Our Son, Andrew, joined us at the Tallarook Farmers Market and the two of us thoroughly enjoyed Nick’s superb Mushrooms on Sourdough with Fetta and Chorizo breakfast.
There were so many kids coming to buy couverture freckles, kangaroos, koalas and frogs that we nearly ran out.
It was great to see Kate from the Victorian Farmers’ Markets Association spending the entire morning at the market, engaging with stallholders and visitors.
The Spotted Quolls played some lively music and attracted a good audience sitting on the market’s new bright red chairs.
Let’s hope the temperatures remain mild enough to continue with our chocolate for a few months more.
